Fasten Your Seatbelt

“Fasten Your Seatbelt” was released in 2005 on Pendulum’s double A-side single “Tarantula / Fasten Your Seatbelt” for Breakbeat Kaos and also appeared on “Hold Your Colour.” The track was written and produced by Rob Swire with additional writing and production by The Freestylers’ Matt Cantor and Aston Harvey. The single gave Pendulum an early UK chart entry, reaching number 60 on the UK Official Singles Chart. It connected the group’s Breakbeat Kaos album campaign with The Freestylers’ breakbeat production background. “Fasten Your Seatbelt” remains a core track from Pendulum’s “Hold Your Colour” era. Its documented samples and later use in television kept it visible beyond the original 2005 single release.
