Low Sun

Recorded at Easy Eye Sound in Nashville during the Sonido Cosmico sessions, with brothers Alejandro Gutierrez and Estevan Gutierrez working with producer Dan Auerbach. The recording features their interlocking guitars with added drums, keyboards, Mellotron, and percussion from the Easy Eye studio group. Released by Easy Eye Sound in 2024 as the second single from Sonido Cosmico, Low Sun introduced the album's darker, more percussive direction. It helped frame the duo's move from desert-guitar minimalism toward a broader cosmic studio sound. Low Sun became one of the key advance tracks from Sonido Cosmico and a representative live-session piece for the album campaign. Its prominence helped define Hermanos Gutierrez's post-El Bueno y el Malo collaboration with Dan Auerbach.
