Don't Love You

The track was recorded during TV on the Radio early Brooklyn period for the Young Liars EP with Tunde Adebimpe, Kyp Malone and David Andrew Sitek. Sitek produced the recording, shaping the group early layered vocal, guitar and electronic studio sound. Released on Young Liars in 2003, it helped introduce TV on the Radio to the wider independent rock audience before Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes. Though not issued as a charting single, it formed part of the EP that established the band critical reputation. It remains a notable early TV on the Radio track and a document of the group pre major label sound. The recording continues to represent the band experimental Brooklyn beginnings and Sitek production style.
