Your Loving Arms

Billie Ray Martin wrote the song with David Harrow, and the original release was produced by The Grid and Billie Ray Martin. It was recorded at Rooster with Nick Sykes as recording engineer and mixed at Sarm West by The Grid and Billie Ray Martin. Released as Martin’s first solo single, it became her breakthrough club record and a major hit in Europe. It reached number 6 on the UK Singles Chart after the 1995 reissue and topped the US Dance Club Songs chart. The song remained Martin’s signature solo hit and continued to define her career in club music. Its remixes and enduring dance-floor presence kept it in circulation well beyond its original release.
