Break It

Nicole Moudaber · 2011
Recording

Nicole Moudaber released Break It in 2011 on Kling Klong Records. The release included the original track, Don't Touch My Junk, and remixes by Victor Calderone, Mike Frade, and Santos. Break It was Moudaber's first Kling Klong release and arrived during the period when she was moving from club promotion into international production recognition. Resident Advisor described the single as a hard-nosed, driving techno release with support from leading DJs including Carl Cox, John Digweed, and Steve Lawler. Break It remains one of Moudaber's early catalogue markers before her 2013 album Believe and the launch of MOOD Records. Its later digital reissues kept the Kling Klong release in circulation alongside her larger 2010s discography.
