Fi Yuh Something

Recorded in Kingston at Black Scorpio Studios for the VP Records compilation Real Rough, with production associated with Phillip "Fattis" Burrell. It captures Capleton’s early-1990s dancehall period alongside Tony Rebel and Ninjaman. The track appeared on Real Rough, a 1991 VP Records release that grouped major young dancehall voices on one set. It documents Capleton before his later breakthrough singles established him more widely. The song remains part of Capleton’s early catalog and is preserved through the Real Rough compilation. It continues to circulate as an early example of his dancehall style.
