I Still Want You

Mange Le Funk recorded I Still Want You as the duo of Maurice Bird and Suff Sakoor. The track was written and produced by Bird and Sakoor, with later UK editions carrying Liquid People and Da Lukas remix versions. The single was first issued in the UK by Release The Groove Records in 1999 and received wider Gusto release in 2001. It reached the UK Official Singles Chart in November 2001 and became the duo's main crossover club record. I Still Want You remained the defining Mange Le Funk track and was later celebrated by the duo through their Mange Le Funk Productions catalogue. Its use of Debbie Jacobs' Don't You Want My Love makes it a notable crate-digger record within late-1990s UK house.
