Jackson 5 · 1975
Recording

Recorded at Motown Recording Studios in Hollywood for Moving Violation, the track features Michael and Jermaine Jackson on lead vocals. Hal Davis produced and co-wrote it with Donald Fletcher, with arrangements by Arthur Wright and John Bahler. The track appeared on the Jackson 5's final Motown studio album, reflecting the group's increasing emphasis on dancefloor material before their move to Epic. Disco Breed recorded a cover in 1976, and Motown included the original on the Jackson 5's Anthology that year.
