Das EFX · 1997Recorded during the Generation EFX sessions at Ian London Studios, Music Palace, The Sewer, Mirror Image, Quad Recording, Northshore Soundworks, and Niles Studio. Das EFX performed the track with Redman, while Rashad Smith produced it with co-production by Armando Colon and PMD. Released by EastWest Records America in 1998 as the lead single from Generation EFX, it returned Das EFX to the singles market after Hold It Down. The track reached number 42 on the UK Official Singles Chart and paired the duo with Redman during the late-1990s Def Squad orbit. It remains the most visible single from Generation EFX and one of the group's later-period records most tied to guest-driven 1990s New York rap. Its Brick sample and Redman feature have kept it documented in sample databases and Das EFX discographies.
