Faith (Kerri's Inspirational mix)

The Good Reverend Dr. Gary Henry recorded Faith for the 1998 Sfere 12-inch with Kerri Chandler as co-producer. The release included Kerri's Inspirational Mix and Kerri's Feel Good Dub, with Dennis Ferrer providing additional production on the Testimonial Mix and Silent Prayer versions. The single was issued as Sfere's first catalogue release in 1998. It placed Gary Henry's spoken and sung devotional vocal inside the late-1990s New York and New Jersey deep-house circuit around Kerri Chandler and Dennis Ferrer. Faith remains a sought-after deep-house 12-inch through its Kerri Chandler and Dennis Ferrer mixes. Its later compilation appearances kept the record visible among collectors of late-1990s gospel-rooted house.
