Jah Love

The track was recorded for Tempa Allstars Vol. 4, a 2007 Tempa compilation issued as catalogue number TEMPA029. Rusko produced the track under his Christopher Mercer credit, with Danman featured on the vocal cut. Released in 2007, the track placed Rusko alongside Benga, Komonazmuk, Orien, Martyn, and The Others on Tempa’s fourth Allstars volume. Its appearance on the label’s upfront series documented Rusko’s early arrival in the London bass-music circuit before his wider breakthrough. The track remains one of Rusko’s early Tempa-era catalogue pieces and continues to circulate through digital editions of Tempa Allstars Vol. 4. It captures the roots-reggae vocal strain within his pre-album production work.
