Parakeet Feet

Parakeet Feet was written and produced by Dusky, the London duo Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman, for the Ordinary World EP. The release credits Hal Ritson and Richard Adlam with programming and Matt Colton with mastering. The track appeared on Dusky's 2015 Ordinary World EP for their 17 Steps label and was singled out by Resident Advisor as one of the EP's most techno-focused cuts. Its remix package later brought Hodge and Jerome Hill into the release cycle. Parakeet Feet remains part of Dusky's mid-2010s 17 Steps catalogue and a documented bridge between their melodic club writing and heavier warehouse material. The Hodge and Jerome Hill remixes kept the track active beyond the original EP.
