It's Gonna Be (a Lovely Day)
Brancaccio · 2001Recording
Brancaccio & Aisher recorded It's Gonna Be... (A Lovely Day) as Luke Brancaccio and Bruce Aisher. The track was built around elements of Bill Withers's Lovely Day and issued with original, Bedrock and Bini & Martini mixes. The single was first issued on Credence in 2001 before its wider 2002 UK chart run. It reached number 40 on the UK Official Singles Chart and topped the UK Dance Singles Chart. It's Gonna Be... (A Lovely Day) remained Brancaccio & Aisher's best-known record and a defining release in their progressive and club-house catalogue. Its Bill Withers source kept it linked to the long dance-floor afterlife of Lovely Day.
