Flava in Ya Ear Remix (feat. The Notorious B.I.G., LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, Rampage)

Recorded and mixed in 1994 for Bad Boy Records, the remix added The Notorious B.I.G., LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes and Rampage to Craig Macks breakout single. Easy Mo Bee produced the track and Bassy Bob Brockmann recorded and mixed the release. Released in 1994, the remix turned Flava in Ya Ear into a major Bad Boy posse cut and helped introduce The Notorious B.I.G. to a wider singles audience. The parent single reached number 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 1 on Billboard Hot Rap Singles. The remix remains one of the defining major label rap posse cuts of the 1990s. Biggies opening verse, Hype Williams black and white video and the Easy Mo Bee beat kept it central to Bad Boys early identity.
