Breathless

Released in 2010 as the title track from Sovnger’s Breathless EP on Go 4 Music. The record was part of Mattias Husser’s early work under the Sovnger name and circulated through French electronic-dance channels and DJ support. Breathless marked Sovnger’s first EP for Alex Gopher’s Go 4 Music imprint and quickly picked up support from major electronic DJs, including appearances in 2 Many DJs sets. It helped establish Sovnger beyond his earlier Knuckles releases and gave him wider scene recognition. The track remained a signature Sovnger release through its remixes and repeated use in club and DJ playlists. Its association with Alex Gopher’s label and high-profile DJ support kept it in circulation well after release.
