Tenor Fly · 1994
Recording

Recorded as a 1994 collaboration between Tenor Fly and Top Cat for Fashion Records. The release paired the title track with Top Cat on the same 12-inch single. The track captured Tenor Fly at the center of the early-1990s British ragga scene and reinforced his association with Top Cat and Fashion Records. It circulated as a key club and sound-system cut rather than a mainstream pop single. The song remains part of Tenor Fly’s best-known collaborative work and is preserved on later Fashion Records compilations and digital reissues. It continues to surface in ragga and jungle retrospectives as a representative Tenor Fly and Top Cat pairing.
