Bubbletop (Mixed)

Written by Dennis Ferrer and Nasser Baker, produced by Ferrer and mixed at his Objektivity Studios in New Jersey, with vocals performed by Sagine Taluy. The track was released as Defected Records' landmark 500th catalogue entry (DFTD500D). Defected chose the New Jersey house veteran to mark the label's 500th release milestone, a testament to a relationship spanning over a decade during which Ferrer delivered some of the label's biggest hits alongside running his own Objektivity imprint. Defected described the track as Dennis at his most bold and salacious, with Sagine's sassy vocals riding a punchy bass guaranteed to get stuck in the listener's head. The track stands as a symbolic capstone of Defected's first five hundred releases, representing the label's stated philosophy of underground-meets-mainstream dancefloor house that had defined its catalogue from the late nineties onward.
