Ready for Your Love (feat. MNEK)

Recorded in 2013 by Gorgon City, the duo of Kye Gibbon and Matt Robson-Scott, with vocals by MNEK. The track was assembled in the studio as part of the sessions that led to Sirens. The song broke through as Gorgon City’s second single and reached the UK Top 5, helping define the duo’s rise during the 2014 UK pop-house wave. MNEK’s vocal performance drew strong critical attention and became central to the track’s appeal. It remains one of Gorgon City’s signature songs and a staple reference point for their crossover house sound. The record helped establish the duo’s template for pairing club-focused production with mainstream vocal hooks.
