I Can't Sleep

Everyday People recorded the track with Loretta Heywood on vocals, and the project was part of the Bugz in the Attic circle led by Seiji, Afronaught, Agent K, and Daz I-Kue. The original Earth Project 12-inch centred on Afronaught and Glasgow Gangster Funk mixes, with later editions adding Simbad and Spacek remixes. Released in 2000 on Earth Project, the single circulated through the West London club network connected to Bugz in the Attic and Goya Music. It became one of Everyday People's documented releases before the track was revisited on a 2003 Earth Project pressing. The record remains tied to the early-2000s London club sound around Bugz in the Attic, Bitasweet, and Goya Music. Its later digital edition preserves the Loretta Heywood vocal version alongside the Naut, GGF, and Simbad mixes.
