Turn This Party Out

Biz Markie recorded this as a 2001 underground release associated with Groove Attack’s Superrappin: The Album Vol II, with Paul Nice credited as producer. The track is built around sample-heavy turntable-era hip-hop references rather than a full studio-band session. The song kept Biz Markie visible in the post-major-label years and sat alongside the crate-digging, mixtape-driven revival culture of the early 2000s. It was issued through Groove Attack Productions and later cataloged as a 2001 release in discography sources. The track has remained a favorite for sample hunters because it folds in multiple Biz Markie-era nods and older party-record references. It is still circulated through compilations, DJ sets, and sample-database documentation of its source material.
