Over The Edge

Over The Edge

The Go Find · 2004
Recording

The track was recorded for Miami in 2004 by Dieter Sermeus and Arne Van Petegem, with the work centered around Turtle Power and voice recording/mixing handled by Jan de Rijck. It reflects the close collaboration between Sermeus and Van Petegem that shaped The Go Find's debut-era sound. Released as the opening track on The Go Find's debut album Miami, it introduced the project’s blend of intimate songwriting and electronic production. Morr Music presented the album as a key new release in its catalogue, and the song also anchored the later Over The Edge vs. What I Want single. The track helped define The Go Find’s early identity and remained important enough to receive a remix release later in 2004. It continues to circulate as a representative song from the Miami era of Morr Music indie electronica.
